In April 2023 I was extremely fortunate to travel to Rwanda (as part of my work with St Remio Coffee via Lumapixel) to document the incredible coffee farming co-operative of Cocagi and the work over 125 million people worldwide undertake to bring us our daily coffee.
Becoming aware of how complicated the issues facing coffee growers highlights just how important different farming practices and consumer spending habits need to become.
